Based on AudioCodes’ WebRTC technology, this solution allows the agent to start working from home or any other remote location without installing plugins or downloading an application. All the agent needs to do is open a web browser, surf to a supplied link, plug a headset into the computer and then start working – exactly as if he or she was in the company’s offices.
The Work from Anywhere solution – comprising an integrated WebRTC soft phone or SDK, a highly secure WebRTC gateway, and a centralized voice monitoring system – can be delivered as a cloud service or managed at the customer data center.
